Product Use
Noritate™ is used for the treatment of skin disease called rosacea. The active ingredients in it named Metronidazole, which is an antibiotic, aids in an anti-inflammatory action. This medicine reduces the red spots on forehead, nose, and cheeks caused by rosacea. Although Noritate™ cannot totally cure rosacea, but this medicine can reduce it. It may be used for other treatments.
Indications and Usage
Noritate™ is suggested for the topical treatment of erythema of rosacea and inflammatory lesions.
Contraindications
Noritate™ is inadvisable for patients who are hypersensitive to metronidazole or any other ingredient in this preparation. In very few cases, usage of Noritate™ leads to stinging, dry skin, and acne. Even sometimes it may lead to problems such as conjunctivitis, headache, rash, dry mouth, tingling or numbness; although these are very uncommon.
Warnings
Always consult a doctor before applying it to the affected areas. Noritate™ should not be applied on an unclean skin. One should avoid its contact with eyes. Never use it for any other problem other than for which this medicine has been prescribed by the doctor. Care should be taken when applying it, if one happens to be victim of blood dyscrasia. Pregnant women can use it if has been prescribed by the doctor.
